We would just like to thank you for the lovely day that you provided for our chldren last Friday when they did a day's paintballing with you. Just wanted to say, your place is fantastic. I, my son Clark and nephews Jack and Greg had an excellent time with Jamie on the 27th July. We were experienced bikers and were treated as such. Greg, the youngest was not so great, but the professional manner that you dealt with that was second to none. Despite being taken on a trek of his own to allow us some speed, his experience was not tarnished and we all had an excellent morning. Thanks again, as I said to Jamie, who needs Alton Towers? Hi Andy, Just wanted to say thanks for a great evening last night. Everyone enjoyed it and Im sure we will be back again. Ive been to a couple of other paintball venues in the past - the way this evening was organised was much better than past experiences. I particularly liked the fact the marshalls knew what was going on and assisted the players (eg. when people were out of the game they helped them to exit the field). The debrief at the end of the evening was excellent too – the marshalls knew what had happened in each games and summarised this which was a nice touch. Thanks again, Regards Richard, 28th July 2011.
We’ve been on many outdoor pursuit/activity days over the years and have the challenge of finding something ‘better’ each year for our annual teambuild, so if you’re looking for a professional and supportive approach to your event then look no further than Wild Park Brailsford. Dear Andy, Firstly, I want to say thank you for the fantsatic quad biking session on Saturday for Sian's hen party. I was a bit worried on Saturday morning as a lot of the girls were really apprehensive about it and not really up for it, but the session was perfectly tailored to everyone's abilities and got everyone's confidence up. Just like to say what an amazing morning we had on 16/4/11, I was very apprehensive never having been paint balling, being female and middle aged,!!!! but I had no need to be. it was well organised and the staff were excellent from first point of contact to the last. A group of 6 of us celebrating a 30th birthday (05/03/11 12:30 Session Coxell) couldn't have wished for a better venue. Jodie - The safety brief you gave was so passionate and strong, you left us all having confidence in you and we knew from that moment on it would be a great day. Your service was flawless from beginning to end. The girls in the group would like to say a special thank you, the 3 of them were seperated into a group of their own and they had an awesome time, they said they felt no pressure to do anything too daring that was way beyond their capabilities and didn't feel like they were holding anyone up. Splitting the combined group of 17 by ability is just another great example of professionalism and safety and suiting the needs of everyone. We will definitely be coming again! What a fantastic quad biking session we had with you on Sunday! I was extremely impressed with everyone we came into contact with - a talented, friendly, professional, and enthusiastic team indeed. Even the safety and instruction briefing, which I'm sure you give several times each day, was delivered passionately in a way which kept everyone engaged and eager to get started. Apart from the great quad bikes and superb/varied environment, what really made the day was the way in which you responded to our enthusiasm and helped us have a really exciting time. I was grinning from ear to ear as we flew across the fields and then made it with apparent ease up and down some really extreme terrain. Everyone commented on how fantastic the session was, and what great value you gave us. A few of the guys who have been to other quad biking places said that Sunday was in a different league. I was obviously a little cautious when I 1st set off and Jody spotted this straight away. He jumped on the back and talked me through the best way to handle the bike and what dangers to look out for. I'd like to reiterate what I mentioned on the phone. We all had a fantastic time on our full day package. All of our group were impressed by the organisation, professionalism and fun aspect of both the paintballing and quad trek. I couldn't fault any of the staff, facilities or equipment at all, so in summary, the whole day represented really good value for money and I'd be happy to return in the future. Also, providing the photos at the end of the day was a nice touch. I can imagine that some companies may try to charge for things like that! I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for looking after us on Saturday. In particular I didn't get to thank Jody (I hope I spelt the name correctly. I do apologise if I didn't). You probably won't remember as you see so many people, which is understandable. I just felt it was important to pass on my gratitude. My lovely sister wanted to go quad biking for her birthday. It was really important not to take that away from her. I was just sorry that I was holding people back as I wasn't able to focus too well and was finding I had to concentrate really hard. I really didn't want to take any attention nor take away anyone else's enjoyment. So thank you for making it possible for me to enjoy the time too. Thank you also to all of you for looking after us. A Big Thank you to all of you at WPL for the morning's paintball on Saturday - and in particular to Jody for bearing with us being such a small group. My son (whose birthday it was in aid of) had a fantastic time and is now a paintball convert. As I mentioned to Jody when we left, it was a shame that in his eagerness to maraud, he got taken out very early in game 2 so went into game 3 with about 93 balls (as we'd bought him 50 extra!) only then to get hit again within 5 minutes!! But that's the nature of the game and he soon got over his grumpiness at being "out" so early, and as I mentioned, has started a campaign to convince me that paintballing should be a frequent feature in his life!!! Paul Duffin recommended you to me, and I'm really grateful, the care and detail for safety was excellent and the boys, to a man, had a whale of a time. Please could I take this opportunity to thankyou for the time that you spent with my son and daughter on Sunday the 25th Jan. It was Zech's birthday and the knowledge and expertise that was demonstrated was second to none. Both children had an amazing time and are still talking and laughing about it now. When we arrived it was evident that you all were very customer focussed and safety was paramount to you all. You discussed the do's and dont's but all the while ensuring that there was going to be lots of fun throughout the trek. I remained on site and did not feel at all nervous or worried about how the children would be cared for, you definitely are professional and fun. Again thankyou for a memorable day and we will certainly be returning for a second visit, possibly with more friends. Despite the long distance that we travelled I would not hesitate to recommend Wild Park Leisure to friends and family here in York.
